Quantum of Solace

I saw this movie yesterday. (I remember this part of my 8-pointer What Should I do With My Life the best; grinning) Anyway, I was talking about the movie.

Quantum of Solace is the latest 007 movie belted out less than a week ago. The movie picks up right from where Casino Royale left off with James Bond in a revengeful mood to avenge the death of Vesper, as he goes about killing leads, left, right and centre, angering his boss M yet again. As always, Bond moves around from one country to another, trying to trace members of the organisation called Quantum which has never been discovered before this. He comes across Dominic Greene who is planning to take over a large part of the world's water supplies. And then follows a showdown where Bond leaves him in the desert lands with a can of oil. That's the movie in a nutshell.

The movie is very fast, too fast, if you ask me. The pace could have been slowed down coz as it is, it's not all that lengthy. But all action sequences are fabulous and I am going to recommend watching this movie for them. The movie is a little different from all others because it shows Bond as an emotional person as opposed to an emotionally detached charachter in the other movies. Daniel Craig as Bond sizzles and Olga Kurylenko as Camille, who assists Bond and wants to take a personal revenge, has done a wonderful job. So guys, go watch.

Thumbs Up!

Firstly, ur blog's very informative.. in the sense.. I would love to read reviews of books or movies no matter i've watched?read it before...
Anyway, with the Bond movie, I too thought it was too fast. And the action part is nothing compared to the previous parts... It's just that the camera is shaken to give an effect.....

ANyway, came across ur blog from 'Writer's Lounge'... Nice blog..
